Event aerial management

Wonderfly Aerial has over ten years of experience planning and executing large-scale outdoor events. We understand what it takes to manage large events. We've done everything from directing athletic events as big as 16,000 participants to performing security data management for multi-day music festivals with 100,000 attendees. By combining our expertise in aerial imaging and event management, we have developed Event Aerial Management, a first-of-its-kind service which uses aerial imaging, photos, and live stream to increase an event operations' efficiency and effectiveness. We offer a range of tools within this service to help your event run smoothly.

SECURITY Management

Security at large events relies on communication, ability to travel around the venue quickly, and proper staff deployment and reinforcement. Often times, security can be ineffective due to a lack of planning for these factors. Aerial management can help by providing a real-time view of issues which need immediate attention without managers ever needing to leave their desk.

  • Incidence Records - Reduce risk by having an eye-in-the-sky for potentially dangerous situations. Recording incidences as they happen or as security get involved can be critical in an operational and legal environment. Visual records can also be used to teach future behavior and analyze actions.
  • Deployment Control - View staff deployments and shift changes to reduce lapses in security forces.
  • Traffic Flow - Track real-time traffic patterns (vehicles and patrons) to determine areas of need to reallocate resources.
  • Inspect Barriers - View barriers, structures, and control points quickly to determine resource allocation.
  • General Overview - Live feed of higher risk areas and times allow management to communicate more effectively to those in the field and to anticipate the unexpected.

MEDICAL AND FIRE

With aerial coverage, first responders and management get support for situations which require immediate attention.

  • Incidence Records - Get protection against legal risk by having visual records of how medical and fire responders take action.
  • Fire Containment - Track fire spread to evacuate needed areas and organize resources properly.
  • Missing Person Aid - Quickly search vast areas to help efforts in identifying lost and missing persons and establish the shortest route to reach them.

Operations management

The build, execution, and strike of an event rely on tight schedules and coordination. With aerial coverage, managers can stay on schedule and within budget by tracking real-time progress from their office or command center.

  • Progress Reports - View the set up and break down of areas of interest to stay on schedule and adjust timelines as needed.  Track changes made during the event to analyze effectiveness and productivity.
  • Budget Accountability - Document statuses of structure builds to keep contractors honest and on-time.
  • Venue Scouting - In minutes, see an entire venue including potential access points, hazards, and the surrounding areas. View nearby roads and towns to determine potential traffic flows and infrastructure capabilities.

Mapping and modeling

Stop relying on Google Earth and other outdated maps and images to plan your event. Our 2D and 3D mapping and modeling services provide actual images of what your venue currently looks like.

  • Accurate Maps - Aerial mapping of a plot shows exactly how that property looks at the time you want to start planning. It provides accurate and reliable scales in which to measure distances and areas with precision.
  • 3D Modeling - Capture a 3D modeling of structures as they're being built to inspect quality. Inspect existing structures on the property to determine the safety of their use.
